Can anyone help with the below two error messages I keep getting in event viewer. if the operating system is otherwise functioning well, then the service that failed to start is likely unneeded by your sytem. the error you have is likely a service you added to the system when you installed a third party program.what you can see and do is:click start > run > msconfigunder the services tab you can see the services available on your system.try clicking the "hide" option box and see what services remain on the revised list.you could disable all of the services on the revised listing if you wish, since they are not specifically required by the operating system.but you can alsio review the listing and see which service is "enabled" but is not functional or start-able.db`...> DatabaseBen, Retired Professional - Systems Analyst - Database Developer - Accountancy - Veteran of the Armed Forces - @Hotmail.com "share the nirvana mann" - dbZen ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > >
