Can't see the people I make video calls with

Hi, how can enable both caller and recipient to see eachother during a Lync video call on iPhone?

Right now I don't see my collegues when I make the call. And when they call me they don't see me. So whoever makes the call can't see the person they are calling.

Hi,

The answering party must press "Start My Video" when receiving a video call, as outgoing video is not automatically sent.
This is true for any client, not only for iPhones:

Thank you so much, this solved the problem. By tapping the screen i got a little video camera symbol down in the left corner on the iPhone, and tapping that gave me the option to start my video. Great! :)
