Can't remove addressbar in IE 8
I'm trying to remove the addressbar ie 8 for a network guest account. I used to be able to use the "nonavbar" reg key in ie 7 which would remove both the navbar and the address bar. This reg key was applied in a GPO client side preference. I need to replicate these settings in IE8. Also I'd like to prevent windows explorer from opening any url or external links. Charles

Why would you like to do this? If you do not want users to access websites, you can simply uninstall IE in Windows 7. How do I uninstall or remove Internet Explorer 8 You may consider using DISM command line. It is supported in Windows 7.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
