I can't get any of my pre-installed apps like Windows Store right down to my PC Settings to open. I've troubleshooted every way I can think of and still nothing...Please Help me!!

In addition to above mentioned suggestion, also try to create a new user account using Control Panel and check if apps works fine on that.
