Can't move files - In use warning
Whenever I try to move a folder to another folder, I get "The action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program. Close the folder or file and try again." I know the files aren't open in another program, in another location or by another user. I have full permission to the files and folders. If I leave them alone for a couple minutes, windows will allow me to move them where I want. Any ideas?

Hi,what folder? Where? Have you UAC turned on or off? Try use another file manager (Total Commander). Try Processo Explorer http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx he show files opened with programs..

Greetings, Did you ever open the files before the move action? Some programs will still live in the RAM for a moment (sometimes just as .dll ), and the access to the files is not disconnected. You can follow these steps to clean up unused Memory:1. First right-click anywhere on the desktop and select New > Shortcut.2. Now enter the following line when asked for location of the shortcut and click Next:%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks3. Give it any name(Such as CleanUnused_RAM) and click Finish. Now open this newly created shortcut and you will notice a slightly better performance. In addition, some third-party programs call some files in silence. You can also try unlock program. It will unlock the call and point the owner of the files.http://www.auslogics.com/en/blog/2009/06/unlock-files-in-windows/
