Bad solution, doesn't solve the problem and it will take forever to move everything

Hey dudes! I switched the language from swedish to english in win7 ult x64, it needed to do some configs so i got logged out, and now as i try to login again i just end up with a black screen for a few secs (it looks like the entire screen is rebooting but i'm not sure) and then i'm directed back to the logon screen. The only way to get in is by using safe mode.. my other account works just fine though I've tried to fix it with a sys restore, i've scanned the entire computer for viruses, i've uninstalled the english lang pack etc, but nothing works! Any ideas what's wrong?

If you want to configure fresh profile for your id, then rename your profile and to name.old and follow the instruction mentioned in the following KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947242 to successfully generate fresh profile. Please make sure you backup your registry before modifying it.
