Can't login Laptop that doesn't connect to domain
One of our users has a problem to login his Laptop without connecting to our domain and he wont be in the office for next 3 months. This is his email: I can't log on to my laptop (#002314) with my own username. My password isn't recognized. I tried both old & new passwords. I have been logging on as another user for a long time and may not have tried to logon to my username for months. What can I do? I'm in Minnesota doing fieldwork now. We assume his password has been expired. We dont want to give him our domain admin password and another use account doesnt have admin right.
