I ran an anti-virus program and it removed something that effected windows. Now when I click on a user it won't log on, and the users are not password protected. If I press Ctrl, Alt, delete a log on to windows sceen comes up with the user name as administrator. Is there a generic password for that user name. I also tried to log on in safe mode with the same result. I am at a loss any information would help.1 person needs an answerI do too
