Can't join Windows & to SBS 2008 Domain
Ok, I've been trying everything to join a Windows 7 (Dell 670) to a SBS 2008 domain. Everything I try, I get the error "The Network Path was not found". Reinstalled thinking it was x64 but nope. I can ping the server via IP and Name, NSLOOKUP is good as well. I have 2 other laptops that connected with out a problem. WHAT THE HECK! HELP...Windows IP Configuration

Are you trying to use the http://connect wizard? I'm not sure if that's supported yet. Is 192.168.168.5 the SBS server or a domain controller running DNS?Some things to try. Remove the secondary DNS (192.168.168.100). When asked which domain to join make sure you specify the full name as in bingconsulting.local. When asked for the domain user to join the domain make sure to use the format bingconsulting\username.Kerry Brown

I get prompted user name and Pass but still fails. if I use http://connect or "Change name" it fails. Changed DNS TO .5 address and still no love. I can nslookup with an issue.
