Hello,

I have a couple of user's who are having trouble with Lync conferencing. So what happens is they go into a meeting and they get an option for Video and Sound, Have lync call phone, and Video no sound, they will choose the first option Video and nothing happens no video or sound. So then if they choose a different option like Video Only they will get video and it will work. I have tried searching all over and I can't seem to find anything. HELP
