How to set up an update Windows8-RT-KB2799888-x64 for Win8.1, if event log contains this message - Windows update could not be installed because of error: 2149842967 "" (Command line: ""C:\WINDOWS\system32\wusa.exe" "D:\Downloads\Windows8-RT-KB2799888-x64.msu" ")? Framework 4.5 is installed, but I didn't see it's in control panel tool 'Install and remove programms'. In the update list, which installed on my PC, this update, KB2799888, is missed.
