I've been trying to install Netflix Movie Viewer on my new computer with Vista Premium. I get an error message: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I am the administrator. No help from Netflix and HP has given up after two hours of suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Open up Control Panel, and type in "UAC" into the search box. You'll see a link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off": 2.
