Can't install Netflix Movie Viewer on Vista
I've been trying to install Netflix Movie Viewer on my new computer with Vista Premium. I get an error message: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I am the administrator. No help from Netflix and HP has given up after two hours of suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Before moving on, it is recommend that you contact manufacturer to check whether this software was designed for Windows Vista, and whether you are using the latest version. If you dont have any problem on products side, lets perform the following suggestions to troubleshoot this issue. Suggestion 1: Run it as administrator ====================================== Please find the Netflix Movie Viewer setup file, right click it, and choose Run it as administrator to install it. Suggestion 2: Disable UAC. ====================================== Note: Disabling UAC will lead to a less secure system, so please enable it after troubleshooting. 1. Open up Control Panel, and type in "UAC" into the search box. You'll see a link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off": 2. On the next screen you should uncheck the box for "Use User Account Control (UAC)", and then click on the OK button. 3. Reboot the computer to test this issue. Can you install the program now?
