Do you get an error message when trying to install it?

Most likely, you are missing one of the mandatory updates on your client, KB2919355 requires that the following updates are installed on your client:

• KB2919442
• KB2919355
• KB2932046
• KB2959977
• KB2937592
• KB2938439
• KB2934018

Verify that the following updates are installed, and if not, install them in the order posted above, restart your client and try again.

I have tried every known way to install KB2919355 on my system, but it seems to be impossible. All other computers, old and New had no problem With the install, but my Fujitsu With 8.1 pro has shown impossible to get the update Version. Is there a New update coming issuing this case?

This update has turned into a nightmare. The update KB2919355 will not install under any circumstances. It gives a Code 80073712 error in Windows update and stops installment by aprox. 95 finished when Applied directly. I have no idea how to solve this. And this is on my main computer as well, very troubled.

There must be a reason for this update not installing.

Something is definitely wrong, could you upload the log-files created?

They should be located in %windir%\Logs\CBS
