Recently had a virus and needed to have hard drive replaced. When I got computer back I had all of my old information. I had tech download PC Tools Spyware Doctor and antivirus. Everything seems to be working correctly including access to various web sites that require user names and passwords. One particular website which requires my user name and password will not work. If I try to get in from another computer in the house I have no problem. The computers are not networked. Both computers are hard wired. I'm not sure what to do. I called the web site involved and was told that if I can get in on another computer the problem is with the computer that won't let me access. I would like to avoid having someone come back for such a minor problem but it is a website that I need for work. Any help would be appreciated.1 person needs an answerI do too
