Can't get into Windows
I was running Windows Vista and started having problems a couple days ago where Windows wouldn't load. I got an error message: Client MAC ADDR:00 19 D1A4CD00 Guid: 1D9CFB1E7E89 1122C A73A 000C6080286 PXE-E53: no boot file name received. No bootable device--insert book disk and press any key. I thought that if I installed Windows 7 it would correct my problem. I was so wrong. I still have the same problem even after the new Windows program was installed.

Other than having the error, does windows boot up and display after you reinstall? Btw the error seem to be referring to onboard lan and it seem to be seeing if there's a network server to boot from. Suggest you to go into CMOS setup bios and disable booting from the LAN so it may go away or alternatively choose default setting from cmos setup, remember to save prior to exiting from cmos setup in bios
