My computer recently crashed and I installed a new hard drive along with XP Home. I can't get the correct IP address to come up and get the message "Can't connect to DHCP server ." Tried to find client services in Admin. tools to make sure it is enabled but it is not listed. Can I manually put in correct IP address?1 person needs an answerI do too

You said you installed XP Home. If this was a Clean Install, you still need to install your drivers! Chipset, network card, graphics card, audio card, etc.What is the make and model of your PC?
