Can't find my wireless network
I installed windows 7 RC the other day andhave a wireless network that uses a mac address filter with no security, I can find other peoples networks but I can't see mine. Before I installed windows 7 RC I could connect just fine, i've got the latest drivers but still nothing. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

Are you broadcasting your wireless network SSID? Not doing so can cause connectivity issues like this. You really need to use strong encryption, ie. WPA2 or WPA, with a long random ASCII key versus MAC address filtering. MAC addresses can be easily discovered and cloned. http://theillustratednetwork.mvps.org/LAN/SoHoWirelessSecurity.html MS-MVP Windows Desktop Experience, "When all else fails, read the instructions"
