Can't extract a Windows 7 hotfix.
I downloaded this hotfix -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;2345131#appliesto to fix a computer logging in twice to a pc from wakeup. I typed in both passwords in the email and keep getting prompted. I've typed in both passwords correctly and
still can't extract the files.Brother's and Sisters all Rise!

does the password have superior characters? I also had this some times.

The first password has special, uppercase characters. Second character has one special character. I'd like to get both 32, 64 bit versions because we have some 64 bit machines.Brother's and Sisters all Rise!
