Can't delete programs even as owner/administrator
What must I do in order to delete files/programs from my own computer? I've changed permission settings until I'm blue in the face and I still receive the message "You must have special permission to delete this file" WHY? It's my computer and I am setup as the admin, what other special permission do I need? Vista ticks me off with all of this security designed to protect me whan all it does is raise my blood pressure!!!!!!

Why do you want to delete such files? Some files should not be deleted by normal users like you."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/

oftern the everyone group has denied privelages by default, remove the everyone group (remember how the settings were so you can create it again later) and make sure your admin account has privelage to access it
