Can't delete folder.
I discovered this folder with a pad lock and it is not allowing me to delete it. I already tried safe mode, take ownership. Even though I have admin account, it keeps saying I need admin account to delete it. The folder starts with cb8f... and has subfolders 1024, 1028 and so on. I am concerned this is a spyware, rootkit or something .... Please help! Thank you!

Hi, Firstly, please let us know the path of the folder. Meanwhile, please Use your security application to scan your system and see how it works. In addition, it is not recommended to delete the files or folders unless you know the function of the folder, especially in the Windows partition. Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support
