Hello! All the other wireless devices I own can connect to my wireless network (phone, Kindle, Wii) but suddenly (a month ago) not my laptop. I get a list of other networks and then mine has a big red X. After an hour on the phone with Charter, it's been determined to be a computer problem, not the wireless. (Which I figured.) The tech already helped me uninstall and reinstall the...adaptor driver? Yes? Please, talk to me like I'm seven, I'm not good at this! I use Windows 7 if that helps.
