Can't connect to wireless from laptop, but phone and Wii can!
Hello! All the other wireless devices I own can connect to my wireless network (phone, Kindle, Wii) but suddenly (a month ago) not my laptop. I get a list of other networks and then mine has a big red X. After an hour on the phone with Charter, it's been determined to be a computer problem, not the wireless. (Which I figured.) The tech already helped me uninstall and reinstall the...adaptor driver? Yes? Please, talk to me like I'm seven, I'm not good at this! I use Windows 7 if that helps. I tried following a very similar thread here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/itprovistanetworking/thread/a0e8cb69-89cb-43c4-b873-c613bb16a983/ There were a few steps I couldn't get because they didn't quite match with what I saw on my screen. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP! Thank you...
