Can't connect to domain Wi-Fi on Windows 8 Pro

Hi All,

I'm unable to connect to my domain Wi-Fi on a new laptop running Windows 8 Pro. It connects without problems with a Wired Connection but absolutely no luck with the same Wi-Fi.

I have uninstalled and installed the latest Wireless driver for the product. Settings are correctly set to WPA-2 Enterprise, AES and PEAP.

I can't just seem to understand why it won't connect. Any ideas please?

Hi,

Did you see the SSID?

Did you get some error message?

I don't know the network topology of your company.

Based on my knowledge,if you haven't joined the domain, you should connect to your wireless by domain authentication.

Please let us know the network topology and confirm the authentication mode of wireless.
