Can't change PEAP Connection Properties in Windows 7 - They always revert to the original values
I've got a little pesky problem on two Windows 7 machines so far with NAP. For our current scenario i need to use EAP for the connection, and change its default properties so it doesn't validate the server certificate and it enforces network access protection (not the default values) The problem is that for these two Windows 7 with VZAccess manager installed no matter what i try (different users, check services, delete and recreate 100 times, UAC, etc) every time i try to change this settings, Windows allows me to change them. However...press Ok twice to confirm, go into properties again to check the change has been made and Nothing ! The changes always revert to the default ones ! By removing the VZAccess manager, I am able to save the setting. However, all my client workstations will need to have VZAccess manager installed. Is there a way to get this to work without removing the VZAccess manager None of the machines form part of a domain. They are personal computers which VPN to our corporate network. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi, As you said, when you install VZAccess manager, some settings you changed always revert to the default ones. I suspect this is caused by the specific settings in VZAccess manager. If this is related to third-party software feature, generally, we need involve their support to deal with it, since they are more familiar with their product: Verizon Wireless Support Note: Microsoft provides third-party contact information to help you find technical support.
