Can't change EAP Connection Properties in Windows 7 - They always revert to the original values
Hi, I've posted this on the Windows Server, but i think it's more a problem with Windows 7 rather than NAP itself so i'll repost it here...I've got a little pesky problem on two Windows 7 machines so far with NAP. For our current scenario i need to use EAP for the connection, and change its default properties so it doesn't validate the server certificate and it enforces network access protection (not the default values) The problem is that for these two Windows 7 no matter what i try (different users, stop services, delete and recreate 100 times, check policies, UAC, etc) every time i try to change this settings, Windows allows me to change them. However...press Ok twice to confirm, go into properties again to check the change has been made and Nothing ! The changes always revert to the default ones ! This is working on other Windows 7 machines without issues and also on a couple of Vista and XP SP3, so i have no clue as to what may be missing or gone wacko on me. None of these machines (both the ones that work and don't) form part of a domain...They are personal computers which use VPN to connect to our corporate network. Any help is very much appreciated. Best regards, Alan.

No, couldn't do anything about it. Wasted a lot of time trying to find a workaround but couldn't come up with any.Best regards,Alan.
