Thanks If the service has been deactivated, it is probably because either you stopped it, or you ran something like PlusPatch, although the correct version 1.0.1 of PlusPatch will restart the svc. There are a LOT of very BOGUS activation patches out there!You can go to services and restart it. Control Panel / Admin tools / Computer Mgt / Services and Apps / ServicesKris
