Can't access my Webmail on Windows 7
I bought a new computer with windows 7 last week and I am unable to access my webmail from domain.com which is an Open Xchange Webmail. I am using Internet Explorer 8 and at first I thought it might be IE settings but then I tried using Firefox and I got the same problem. When I try to login I either get a blank page or it takes me back to the login page or it gives me an error message of wrong client ip address or it says your session has timed out. I can surf the internet just fine and I have no problem with accessing hotmail or yahoo mail. I can still login with no problems through my old computer which has XP. What could the problem be?

Hi, Can you access the webpage in Safe Mode with Networking? If not, I suspect that there are issues on the Exchange server side. In this case I suggest you discuss in our Exchange forum. Exchange Server 2010 CategoryArthur Xie - MSFT

Hi and thanks for the reply. Yes I actually can access the webpage in Safe Mode with Networking with no problems. Also I did post this in the Exchange server forum and they told me to post it here and I talked to Domain.com and they told me that there's no problem on their side so I think it might be something with my Windows 7 settings!!???

Ok... I've been connecting to the internet all the time through a Broadband connection but when I tried to connect in Safe Mode, the Broadband connection wouldn't work so I connected through a wireless connection and I was able to access the webmail website. When I returned to Normal Mode I thought I should try to access it again through the wireless connection and not the Broadband and it worked. So the problem is my Broadband connection and not anything to to with Windows 7. I'm using a T-Mobile WebJet.

I suggest you temporary disable/uninstall the antivirus and firewall. If the issue does not occur you may need to check the configuration within these security programs.Arthur Xie - MSFT
