When I go into the Control Panel and try to bring up Internet Options a small window pops up for a second and then disappears, not allowing me to delete temporary files, cookies, browsing history, etcI also am not able to activate ACTIVEX. I don't get the bar at the top to allow it.1 person needs an answerI do too
