Hi there,

I just buy a new laptop with Windows 8.1 installed, 64 Bit. Everytime I try to install a third party application, it tried to install Microsoft .NETFramework v2 first, but then it always said that "The installation of Microsoft.NET Framework v2 has failed" and exit.

I don't quite understand about it, so I try to install the .net framework from other source, but it always said that it has already installed.

Then I use netfx_setupverifier_new.zip and get this log:

Can anybody help me so I can install the program properly?

Try run Windows Update and install all updates.

When you installing your application, does it ask you to install Microsoft .Net?
