Which services need to be running for a VPN connect to work? Is there a tool to help do a reset?

Hello Niki, your link nor your answer answers the question. There has to be a service. What is the name, regardless of the fact it should work. I would assume it is the default windows 7 VPN service. Windows 7 doesn't say a third party VPN service needs to be installed and run. By the way, I am commenting here, because I am having the same problem. The VPN connection says it's working, but the connection says no network connection.
