Can't Connect to NAS or other Computers
I just built a new computer. I can connect to the internet with my wireless usb device, but cant see or connect with my NAS or other computer. Both my wireless usb (AE2500) and router (E4200) are Cisco/Linksys products. I changed two settings in advance network setting in Win 7 x64 and was able to see and connect with my NAS or other computer. Then when I rebooted I could not and I cant connect any more. Im sure its a setting somewhere that is causing this. Im not sure if E-Set Smart Security is causing the problem or if it is within Windows 7 64 bit.

Hi , What is error message you get? You may enable Network Discovery. Click Start->Control Panel->Network and Sharing Center, click Change advanced sharing settings. Enable the option. If the issue persists, try to access the other computer by entering \\computername in the Start Search box. Let us know if it works properly.Tracy Cai TechNet Community Support
