NO matter what I do... After I chose a picture from the web or my picture library.. I'll chose "tile" or "Center" and it will save. But after a little while of being in a program or the web, when I go back to my desktop, that picture is always on stretch. I went to control panel, selected a different position other than stretch, i click on save, and nothing happens. Please Help,. It shouldn't be this hard.
