Can't Change the wallpaper position from stretch after I click save
NO matter what I do... After I chose a picture from the web or my picture library.. I'll chose "tile" or "Center" and it will save. But after a little while of being in a program or the web, when I go back to my desktop, that picture
is always on stretch. I went to control panel, selected a different position other than stretch, i click on save, and nothing happens. Please Help,. It shouldn't be this hard.

Hi,
·
Have you installed any desktop theme or wallpaper software? If so, please temporary remove them and see if the issue occurs.
However, if the issue persists, please check the Group Policy settings by the steps below:
1. Please go to Start, type gpedit.msc and then press Enter.
2. Expand
User Configuration -> Administrator Templates ->
Desktop on the left pane.
3. Double click
Desktop Wallpaper.
4. Choose
Disabled and then click OK.
Please see if the issue can be resolved.
However, if the issue persists, please
test the issue in a new user account.
Also, I would like to confirm that if you are using the
HP computer. If so, you can try the method in the following thread:
