Can't Access Internet Using DNS Server
After checking the integrity of all browsers being used, I've discovered from my ISP provider that while I can ping an IP address connected to a specific website, I can't get online using a conventional URL. He suggested that there is an issue with the DNS Server. How do I solve this?Ideas:Programs you are having problems with Error messages Recent changes you made to your computer What you have already tried to fix the problem 1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi tvgarth, - What happens when you try to open the sites from the Uniform Resource Locator (URL)? Do you get any error message? If yes, specify the same. - Were you able to open the sites without any issues earlier? - Do you remember making any changes to your computer between the timings when things were working fine and now? - What's the exact message that was conveyed to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? What were the troubleshooting steps that they provided to you? Check the status of the issue in Safe Mode with Networking. Safe Mode with Networking starts Windows in safe mode and includes the network drivers and services needed to access the Internet or other computers on your network.Post back with more specific details of the issue to help us assist you better.Regards,Divya R – Microsoft Support.Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think.
