Hi goulam This is a question you need to ask the computer manufacturer. Different manufacturers will have recovery options for that specific computer model. Hope this helps. Hello goulam, Try pressing F12 or F2 during the boot process. This get me into my BIOS using either keys. Your system board might not recognize the "delete" key to get into the BIOS. Just thought I throw that out to you, good luck. williamdinbc
