Call Disconnetion Problem on cisco 2960 after long time ideal

Dear All,

we having lync 2013 with cx600 Polycom phones, Voice VLAN implemented on Cisco 29560

we have 2 FE server ,  2 EDGE , 2 SBA  with gatways at HQ , and 4 remote locations with one FE with central site.

total 5 central sites we have,

every thing working fine ,

sometime we are getting call disconnection problem , when reset cisco 2960 port again everything back to normal,

for example: phone on 4 remote location which was ideal for more then 1 day , if user try to call , other site phone will ring but call disconnection happening , it is trying to connect but not done, once we restart port on switch then user able to call normal.

this happening randomly when any phone ideal more then 1 day .

some time we disconnect phone and reconnect also solve problem but when this not work we need to restart s/w port.

Hi,

You can check if there is any error message on Monitoring Reports if you have deployed Monitoring Server.

As the issue happen randomly, Please double check the network performance works normally.

Please also update Lync Server 2013 to the latest version and then, update Polycom CX600 to the latest firmware, and then test the issue again.
