Calendar Gadget Not Working in Windows 7
I've read all the questions and answers in "Gadgets not working properly in windows 7" and have tried all the suggestions with no improvement. My calendar gadget
(Windows 7 Professional Gadgets) only shows an orange and white indicator with no date for today and no calendar for the month. I have deleted and re-added the calendar gadget to my desktop with no improvement. I tried a Microsoft FixIt (50618)
and it did not work. I tried registering the vbscript.dll file from an admin Command Prompt and it did not work. I went into the registry editor under HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Internet
Settings \ Zones and did not find a zone with an ASCII character. I have Adobe Reader X version 10.1.0.534. Help to fix this problem from a qualified contributor would be appreciated. Please don't guess.
