C Drive is full

Hi,

As i open C Drive and checked the properties of all files includes hidden, its around 28 GB but if i saw total Drive space occupies 37 GB

Hi,


Before going further, please first make sure the following settings are set correctly to check the file sizes:

 

1. Show hidden files and folders - should be selected  (You have already done.)

2. Hide extensions for known file types - should be unchecked

3. Hide protected operating system files. - should be unchecked


The sizes are not match because your current account do not have permission to see them. An accurate way is to run chkdsk to see the size.


In addition, you can also defrag the disk for a try.
