CX600 Desk phone call transfer list

Hi all,

We are currently using the CX600 handsets in a hosted Lync\Skype for Business environment.

 

When the users transfer a call (ie. select "transfer directly to..." or "consult then transfer to..." they are presented with a large list of recently called numbers and an alphabetical list of contacts to transfer to. This list is long and hard to navigate. They would like to be presented with just the organizations contact groups instead.

 

Is this possible to achieve?

HI Kevin

While transfer you can directly select the Directory Button and look it for the " Placed calls or Personal directory". However the large calls list which you see cx600 picks from outlook, can you see if you remove phone USB from Laptop. then see will this list still show.
