CSR Bluotooth Connection problem in Win 7
Hi,
I am using a DELL Inspiron Laptop with Windows 7 Home edition. I am trying to connect a CSR External Bluetooth Radio Device, but windows doesn't allow other devices to pair with. When I try to enable this option in bluetooth settings, I get an error "Windows
has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I tried installing different drivers from Dell, but it doesnt work.
I need help in using this bluetooth radio.
here is the picture link of my bluetooth device

Thank You for your reply.
I believe this should be driver compatibility with Windows 7. Do you have any fix for this. I connected the same device with other laptop having win XP and it works fine.

You should find the correct driver for your blutooth device. This should solve your problem.
