CPU usage 100 percent.
Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation file.... audiodg.exe is using up most of my CPU usage. (90 to 99 percent) Tried to delete the file, but unable.Would appreciate any suggestions youcan give me.kikitwo

Have you tried ending the process? CTRL-SHIFT-ESC click processes choose the process from the list and click end task. As always ending a process in this manner is not safe and may result in data loss. IT does sound like the process is hung at this point anyway.Daniel Nerenberg MCT MCSE MCITP MCTS MVP

What about trying to kill the process using another tool like process explorer?http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

Hi Kikitwo, This issue could be caused by a driver problem. You can refer to the following link to understand it. What is AUDIODG.EXE? Hope it helps.

Mark Russinovich has trubleshooting tools for these cases. Debugging Tools installed will help with thread/function name identification... http://www.microsoft.com/emea/spotlight/ for tutorials/presentations of Process Monitor etc.
