Even if you haven't measured it, tell us atleast approximately what the speed is. Is it slow all the time, or only when doing some things? What things? Has it always been slow, or is this a new development? If it's new,how long has it been slow? > I've tried to updating. Exactly what does that mean? What have you tried? What were theresults? Finally, let me make one last comment, and ask a couple morequestions. One of the most common reason these days for a computerbeing slow is malware infection. What anti-virus and anti-spywareprograms do you run? Are they kept up to date? Ken Blake
