I keep getting error CPU_NAME when trying to access an application online, what can be done to fix this? please and ty4 people need an answerI do too

I've gone thru all the steps including, audio test and speed test, as an home agent prospect for a popular call center.But after clicking the " start ur apllication process" it opens one single page and in the upper left hand corner all I see ,in bold, isCPU_NAME.Thier tech support could not--like they just gave up
