Hello, When I try to print something in Lotus Notes, it appears to me a window alert message that says: "COM Surrogate stopped". I dont have installed neither Nero Ahead nor DIVx in the computer. Anybody can help me to solve this issue? Thanks with anticipation

Hi, If you cannot print anything right now, please consider to upgrade the drivers of your printer device first. Have you encountered the same issue when you print something from Words, Excels or the others? If not, the issue should be more related to Lotus Notes.
