CANNOT LOGIN IN SAFE MODE
I can boot and login to Win7 64 with no problems. When I use F8 and select safe mode it will get to the log in screen. When I try to type my password and login the computer reboots. I also have Vista Business installed with boot manager and it does the same thing. Both OS's boot in normal mode with no issues. This is on a HP xw4600 workstation with 6 gigs of ram. Using a Nivida FX1700.

I went back and did a uninstall from add/remove programs and I can boot in safe mode. When I reinstall it I lose SAFE MODE. Has anyone here that is running the winpanel automated feedback software having this problem? Not exactly sure how I can get help from microsoft on this. Thanks Frank

Seems that there was some conflict with Windows Feedback Panel Background Service. A person on another forum had me set the service to "automatic delayed start" and the problem went away. Strange because the service does not run in safe mode. Oh well, will call it fixed for now.
