Hello,A friend has a laptop for which they don't know any of the passwords so getting beyond this point and into control useraccounts2 is not an option. I have tried to bypass the login screen but, even in safe mode, you cannot avoid it. How can we get to remove user accounts?

Hey Tom,Using password reset disk, you can reset the password. After logging into Desktop, you can follow the steps to bypass login screen.
