Since today there is Bulgarian for Windows interface, but with no handwriting recognition. I'm using a Tablet PC, and I will be very glad if has a Bulgarian MUI, that support handwriting recognition. Download and install the russian language pack which has cyrilic handwriting recognition and works for bulgarian input too. The only problem is that there is no bulgarian dictionary, so if your writing is not quite legible the corrections you get are not accurate, sine they are made according to russian. It will be great if microsoft releases bulgarian language pack anytime soon, since it will be russian language pack slightly updated!
