Built in Apps (Calculator, Alarm etc) does not work while logged in as Domain User
Windows 8.1 Pro PCs joined to a domain (Intranet with no access to Internet) have issues opening Calculator, Alarm etc while logged in as domain user. The error message is "Cannot open calculator. Contact your system administrator." The App icons on metro start screen have a black cross (X) mark on right bottom of icon. However the app work fine while logged in as local user. Checked with domain admins, they don't have any specific restriction policies applied for the same. I tried to give Read & Execute permission to domain users from security tab of "windowapps" folder but the add button is disabled. Please throw some light.
