Built in Administrator account disabled and i cant access my computer

I was having trouble because I was being logged in to windows with a temporary account.  I accessed the built in administrator account to fix the problem and when I disabled the built in administrator account I lost my profiles and when I try to log in the administrator profile. It says its disabled and I cant access the command prompt to activate the built in administrator profile.  What do i do?

Hi,

Try using command prompt under Windows PE, Press Shift + F10 when you are at the Install Windows screen, Boot to the System Recovery Options screen, click the Troubleshoot option-advanced option->command prompt

Try the option 2 by following the instructions as mentioned below
