This site may be helpful for you drivers. I found that with my VM running I had to instll the win 2k drivers to get one of my devices to work. http://www.driverpacks.net/DriverPacks/DriverPacks_BASE.htm BTW if there is anyone running VM Ware this may be helpfull also. after installing the VMWare tools, Vista will still not find the correct driver for the VMWare Virtual NIC. To fix this, find the device manager and the non-functional network card. Make sure the Install VMWare Tools setting is set in VMWare. Right click the NIC, and select update driver. Browse to the C:\Program Files\VMWare tools\Drivers\vmxnet\win2k folder, and install the driver from there.

im having the same problem here also...im trying to look for a broadcom driver whose wireless utility works because my network has LEAP authentication which isnt supported by the default windows vista broadcom drivers that come with the windows vista rc1 default install...you'd think by now it'd be either fixed in vista or else broadcom would have released some vista compatible drivers...if anyone knows how to enable LEAP authentication any other way i'd really appreciate it...as for now im stumped :(

Hey Mark, So i'm following the notes in this forum to get my VMWare working and I'm having no luck. I may have missed something. I'm using VMWare v4.5.3 and heard it was o.k. I loaded Vista and then installed the VMWare Tools. However, loading either the VMWare nic driver or the Broadcom 57xx failed. What driver should I use? I saw a note that someone used a W2K driver???? Still no luck here

Has anybody found any solution on this one yet: I face the same problem when I replaced RHEL4 with Windows XP Pro on my HP Proliant ML350, the embedded NC373i is not recognized by XP. I've already tried different versions of the drivers from broadcom.com but none of them work. One possibility I'm exploring is loading the Dos Driver version of NC373i as NDIS driver for XP, but I don't know how to accomplish that. (You might wonder why do they have a DOS version and yet no Win XP version).. I've been searching the web to solve this problem for this days now.....anybody please help.
