BranchCache Problem
I've searched high and low for an answer to this and I can't seem to find one. I have BrancheCache set up on all my Windows 7 x64 clients in distributed cache mode, however, I have 2 pc's which fail to start the service. On both PC's, their System Event log is littered with these 3 events, over and over again. 1. Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-HttpEvent Date: 1/10/2011 11:33:58 AM Event ID: 15005 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: computer.domain Description: Unable to bind to the underlying transport for [::]:80. Distributed cache has been configured using a group policy, and only these 2 pc's seem to be having a problem. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible. Thanks, Tim Ok, so I changed my name...you can still call me Tom if you like. It's a...jump...to conclusions...mat.
