I Bought Windows 7 from a computer tech when he was fixing my computer ( He said I needed a new operation system) so I forked over the money for that and now that I did an update it says my windows 7 is not genuine and I have this constant reminder saying I need to format my computer. I talked to the guy he is playing stupid saying " I did updates on mine and it's still working I don't know what your talking about". What do I do?
